Harry embarked on his journey as a Personal Trainer in 2022, bringing with him a wealth of experience as a seasoned athlete. He boasts an impressive athletic background, having competed in tag rugby at a national level and achieved marathon distances in both cycling and swimming. Harry’s next challenge is conquering marathon running.

His journey has not been without its hurdles. Overcoming numerous injuries sustained through rugby and battling through a long-term illness, Harry has cultivated a deep understanding of the physical and mental aspects of recovery and resilience. This experience has equipped him with a diverse array of techniques in nutrition, mobility, lifestyle management, and strength training, all aimed at aiding his clients in reaching their personal health and fitness goals.
